Specialised care provides support for people who have complex or higher-level needs. ADINA specialises in Mental Health and High-Risk Participants. ADINA has a specialised team of staff who care for Participants who have come from short and long term incarceration and who suffer from both physical disability and Mental Health Disability.
Adina has a multidisciplinary team who have experience and qualifications in Mental Health and Custodial Care. who address the additional support needs of offenders with disability.
We understand the challenges which they face re-integrating back into society and a “normal life”.

Adina provides support and advocacy services in order to secure and maintain housing.
Adina's experienced Management provide one-to-one evaluation to determine accommodation needs and coordinates with Housing Services to secure and obtain the ideal living situation.

Having personal care from our in-home personal carers will make all the difference to the participants daily routine.
As personal care is individual to each and every one of us, you need to know that you are in good hands. Our personal care services are respectful, gentle, and will work with you to maintain your dignity.

Supported independent living (SIL) is one type of support to help people live on their own.
SIL is best suited for people with a disability who have higher support needs This means you need a significant amount of help throughout the day, 7 days a week. This includes overnight support.
Our goal based approach to SIL is to customise the plan to meet the individuals needs.

Provides daily living skills - everything from showering to using public transport. Our qualified staff use training and development methods that allow people to use these skills with increasing independence.

Social and Community Participation is all about helping people with disability be part of their community.
Participation in community services is at the core of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
ADINA's experienced Managers will take the time and work closely with the participant, their significant others or family to develop a support plan customised to meet their specific needs, goals and strengths to ensure stable and enjoyable outings.

Short Term Accommodation (or STA) is the opportunity for Participants to spend time away doing things they love. ADINA is affiliated with a Provider who has a range of accommodation for STA.
